1. Modes and shipping cost

1.1 We ship exclusively via courier.

1.2 The shipping and / or transportation costs are borne by the customer, with the exception of products in which it is explicitly highlighted the words: Free delivery or free shipping.

1.3 Shipping charges include packaging and transportation and they are calculated according to weight, volume, destination and the chance to pack together the items purchased.

1.4 Delivery times are within 24/48 hours for Italy Peninsular and within 48/72 hours for the islands – it is intended from the date of taking over the shipment by courier.

For shipments in the smaller islands, it is necessary to ask a specific estimate of costs and delivery times. Subject to 15 days from receipt of order / payment, the time schedule for the delivery of goods to be considered indicative.

1.5 the AROMI Sicily SRLs ships throughout Italy, including San Marino and Vatican City.

You ‘can get the goods in the countries of the UE. In this case you need to contact us before purchase to know their shipping costs.

1.6 The express courier delivers the goods every day, from Monday to Friday, from 9.00am to 6.00pm.

For the delivery of the goods we require the presence of the customer or his representative at the address indicated in the order.

Unless otherwise specified by our customer service, we refer to a street level delivery.

1.7 Shipment will be possible to control it from the shipping confirmation email from the site

In the absence of the customer, there is a second step by the Courier within 24/48 hours. In case of failure even of return, the customer will be contacted to define and eventually solve the causes of non-delivery.

The costs incurred by the carrier for subsequent delivery attempts per second and any costs of storage at the warehouse of the carrier are to be considered the responsibility of the customer or recipient.

1.8 Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check:

that the number of boxes is the same as indicated on the delivery of the carrier;

the packaging is not damaged or wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal)

any damage to packing and / or product or the mismatch in the number of packages or particulars, must be immediately notified, subject to control WRITTEN upon receipt of delivery courier.

Once signed the slip, the customer can not make any objection about the appearance of the goods.

Despite the packaging intact, the goods must be checked within five days of receipt.

Any anomalies or concealed damage, must be reported in writing by fax or registered mail.

Each alert over these terms will not be considered.

For each statement, the customer assumes full responsibility for the statements.

1.9 In the case of inability to deliver the goods by courier, for reasons not attributable to either the carrier or to the AROMI Sicily SRLs, the order will be automatically canceled.

The customer can choose to receive a refund of the amount paid (excluding shipping charges) or request the delivery of the goods, in this case the AROMI Sicily SRLs reserves the right to reapply shipping.

1.10 The goods uninsured at the risk and peril of the recipient.
